BASIC INFORMATION FOR EMPLOYMENT APPLICANTS

If you are interested in working for our hospital, submit your application:

  • in person to the Department of Personnel and Wages
  • by mail to the address:

Your employment application must include:

  • personal data, address and telephone number or e-mail address
  • the work position you apply for
  • acquired education
  • professional practice
  • any other professional knowledge and skills
  • a possible date of the commencement of employment
  • curriculum vitae and your consent to process your personal data in accordance with NRSR Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on personal data protection

Your consent to process your personal data must include the following information:

  • who gives the consent
  • to whom the consent is given
  • the purpose of consent
  • the date of validity (the length of period)
  • the conditions of consent´s recall
  • the conditions of personal data liquidation after the purpose of processing lapses
  • the notice of affected person that he/she does not require the notice on the method and liquidation of personal data

The employment application can be also sent if the company does not make public any vacancies. If your application includes the consent to process your personal data, it will be included into the register of employment applicants according to specialisations.
